Entering its third year with the launch of the new Tufnell Park office, Duke & Herzog was started by Chris Herzog in 2007 when the residential agency operated out of a small office in Camden Town. Chris is a third generation estate agency professional and has lived and worked in Camden and Islington for the last decade. With prior experience as a fully qualified architect, Chris began working for one of North London's premier estate agents in 2004. In 2007 he was able to achieve a sales record and completed more than 60 transactions, selling flats and houses with a value in excess of £35m within twelve months. Combining experience with hard work, Duke & Herzog deliver an upmarket marketing experience to our clients, providing premium quality brochures with professional photographs and floor plans, eye catching window displays, boards, open house, advertising, networking, and extensive mail & web exposure in order to achieve the best price expeditiously.
